I have used a Fi money debit card. They didn't charge anything for foreign currency withdrawal. I used the same card at many other places. You can also use Neo Global credit card which is also not charging a withdrawal fee.

My Hostel is the name of the hostel in the city from where all sights are nearby. It cost me 5000 Tenge in October. I booked through booking.com. Intercourse Hostel which is in the suburbs cost me 5000 Tenge with breakfast.
