True, I faced the issue of getting water through airintake filter on my sonata 2015 in Dubai rain which damaged my car engine Water level was only till footboard, which was low My running car got swtiched off I kept trying to start the car multiple times in water by pressing start button, unknowningly. It was a major mistake Lesson: Never try to start a car in water especially when it is an automatic car Damaged Engine was replaced, which cost me 6500 AED, i.e over 500K pkr After fixing cost: 8500 AED, 650K pkr

Reference your remarks regarding police escorting buses and heavy traffic through salt range @ 6:52. I’ve observed that the moment police escort releases this traffic after crossing the salt range they, especially buses, start extremely dangerous and rash driving. They not only break HTV speed limit of 110 km but also drive in first lane. I have pictures of such buses and also reported violation on police helpline 130 but could not witness any of the buses being stopped for violation throughout my journey to Lahore. In fact there was no police presence found for extended distances on M2 after the salt range. So the authorities must take note of what happens after salt range once the HTVs are released of their control. Lastly, all those traveling on motorway must start reporting such violations to police at 130 which may activate enforcement of law and once done these violators would also know that LTV people report their mischievous driving and would probably behave and respect traffic laws and other people lives at least, if not theirs.

Thank you for shedding light on Northern rush problem. Irresponsible and uneducated drivers constantly overtaking on wrong way causes a large rush where a 2 way road becomes a four lane frenzy. Please people, drive with care, not impatience.

Bahar mulk ao tax ka asli matlab pata lagega. Jab 38% income tax dena parega uske ilawa remaining income par 13% sales tax for everything you buy from that taxed money. In short you pay almost 45% tax in total from you annual income.

Hello sir you should talk about the local companies price gouging on Hybrid vehicles. Govt has given an incentive where tax is 8% but that is not being passes onto the consumer as the companies have just raised the prices for hybrid to make more profit instead. Realistically 25% on ICE and 8%on Hybrid the hybrid vehicle should be cheater even after taken into consideration cost of the hybrid system For instance Haval in international market has a price diff of 7000AUD about 1.3 million which is exactly the difference in pakistan market so what about the 17% difference in gst? All things equal Hybrid should be same price if not cheaper. Someone should raise their voice I don't live in Pakistan but this is a very unfair practice by Pakistani Manufacturers. Thank you please consider this topic

Local markets import their parts from abroad causing pressure on foreign reserves. In my opinion their should be no tax on imported cars because it will the keep the foreign reserves high. Local companies belong to international players like Toyota and suzuki. They should use their own dollars not the dollars earned from our exports.

I don't know why local industry wants government to impose RD on 0-1300cc imported cars.. why would I buy a local Suzuki Alto if I can buy a Daihatsu Mira with more features, comfort and reliability.. local industry should improve their quality and offer more features if they really want us to stop buying imported cars

Total agree with the Salt Range point...... NHA should consider on build quality instead of complete realignment; which obviously will fetch lot of kick-backs.

realistic self-analysis is very important in life. I have driven all over Europe in the last 3 years, but I hesitate to drive in Pakistan, just because everything is very different and I don't own a car in Pakistan. So, if anyone drives in mountainous areas, definitely check your breaks ! before hand, and use engine breaking if on manual.

Local car manufacturer must improve their build quality and feature as like important vehicles then they will claim for RD upon up to 1300cc. Meanwhile it is shame for local manufacturer that they are selling the basic features as luxury.

1) No RD should be imposed on imported cars 0-1300cc. 2) Corolla Grande was the first car in Pakistan with Black Edition. Launched in 2022. While Sportage AWD was launched in 2023.

Exactly! Inse kaho pehle apni Kei or A-segment hatchbacks launch kare Pakistan me phir baat kare imported gariyon per RD lagane ki. Khud kuch karna nahi lekin dusro ko bhi jeene nahi dena.

Forget about any adjustments for advanced withholding tax.I applied for a 60k adjustment in 2016 with all documents and received a response from fbr in 2021 that I couldn't provide a satisfactory answer, despite the fact that I had provided them with an income certificate for the previous five years of income records. My adjustment was rejected based on RTO's assumptions. So, forget about any adjustments.

To fix salt range motorway, they just need to decrease the road width by 50%. Narrower road will force people to drive slowly. This is the easiest, cheapest and most effective solution.

Make the roads/Rail track straight to reduce driving fatigue, delay, accidents (especially during rainy fog season), shortens distances and save times, lessen petrol/fuel consumption, decrease construction/ maintenance cost, transportation cost, and oil imports, increase the life of vehicles(tires), road/tracks, trade, security(few cameras needed) and support very high traffic/loads in trains. One wrong turn, bend, Curve, and wrinkle in the road causes a loss of billion-dollar oil/fuel as billion of vehicles uses that road for eternity.

They make public transportation wait at kallar kahar for hours before an escort arrives. A simple and practical solution is to turn motorway from 3 lines a side to 1 line a side for 10 km track of kallar kahar. Overall speed of traffic will be speed of slowest vehicles and Since trucks also travel there so speed of whole traffic will be of the speed of the slowest truck. And this can be achieved through some cones. Only over-speeders will not like this idea. but this is a simple, cost effective and practical solution..
