Good day Ricardo. We just have registered a NPC and we recently activated its account. So my question is that, it is possible to register it as PBO even if we are not fully operational and we have not yet received any funds from anyone?

Good day, my understanding is that if a public officer is not appointed, the default public officer is the managing director, director, secretary or other officer of the company as designated by SARS. Please note that my comments should not be interpreted as legal advice. .
