what I like about this scene is it shows that the fuma shinobi's are inducted to the clan not and has no years upon years of training, unlike the tawara

I would love a realistic ninja TV show/movie that is actually realistic, how ninjas actually were, like the fact of them carrying the Katana on there backs, because if you put the katana on your back it's too long to take out so they carry it on waist, but also they didn't use the Katana on a mission anyway, they use a smaller and straighter version of the Katana called the ninjato.

I gotta say the fight choreography is pretty gritty anddd the score and soundtrack is so quirky and glorious!!!!

am I the only one getting a little ticked off the ninja are using katana style swords instead of the traditional shorter / straight blade sword? Though I guess its speculation they actually existed but hey

ninjato is not really historical & in doubts to say the least. Also, Shinobi back then are also samurai, it's only the matter of specialized jobs & occupations.

I know that ninjas aren't supposed to be seen but that doesn't apply to cinema. The lighting on the fights are awful.
