• Beef Kaleji: 1kg
• Oil: 1 cup
• Ginger garlic paste: 2 tbsp
• Crushed chilli: ⅓ tbsp
• Red chilli powder: ⅓ tbsp
• Turmeric: ⅓ tbsp
• Crushed coriander: ⅓ tbsp
• Roasted Crushed cumin powder: ⅓ tbsp
• Lemon : 2
• Garam masala powder: half tbsp
• Salt: 1 tbsp / according to your taste

If it’s fresh then wash it with salty water and if it’s freezer one then you can wash it with vinegar and salt “ thanks for watching “
