Studying sucks but with this music it feels like an epic quest awaits you in your future. It’s like the work becomes your training for a greater purpose on your path, and when you finish, it’s when you complete this epic journey. Idk if others think that but it’s what I think. My point is that you are right and studying no longer sucks when you have this music.

The otherwise loud tavern is grieving because my exams are coming soon and I have ongoing assignments. But the bard plays happily on the small stage of the tavern, in hopes of giving me courage to keep going.

Its crazy how I feel nostalgic about a life that never existed. And that too in such detail. I now understand how people of the past came up with stories such as past lives and reincarnation. Tricks of the mind.

After finally finishing a quest you had longed to finish, you enter a small tavern with a bright smile on your face, you take a whiff and you smell people that reek of alcohol, it had been a while ever since you had entered this place and it felt memorable being inside it again. The bartender noticed you over the doors and he waves you over, you reluctantly sit on one of the stools as he prepares a glass for you. You felt nervous sitting down on one of these stools before, it had been a while,, hasn't it? The bartender smiled, happy to see you again and he asked: "Same again, [player]?" He said while wiping a glass with a cloth. You take some time to think and the smile you had grew large. "Yes, thank you." You said. The bartender lets out a small chuckle and he grabs a bottle from one of the shelves. He pours the liquid onto your glass and serves you the drink with cold ice in it. You nod in advance, thanking the bartender before downing your drink.

Very calm and relaxing compared to other tavern music I’ve listened to. Was quite pleasantly surprised! 🥰😍Took a nap during the daytime while letting this play and it felt as if I was some traveler allowed to sleep in the tavern during the daytime when it was closed in exchange for cleaning the place up after customers left. 🤣

You know, sometimes I imagine myself as a bounty hunter, arriving at a tavern to hang out and look for a roof to sleep on that night, it's silly I know the music sometimes places us in very unreal things

Love the music, but is it really Medieval, or it is our modern interpretation of the musical atmosphere of those times based on countless movies? I doubt too many serfs working the fields were composing such lovely musical pieces for the harp! I doubt there were many cheerful taverns during the Black Death Plague that wiped out one third of the population of Europe! 21st century listeners would not have wanted to actually live in Medieval times. Be thankful you are here now.

Note that taverns and inns are two different things. There were medieval inns, but they weren't also taverns. The fantasy medievalish tavern/inn is basically a conglomeration of an idealized pub with an idealized pre-industrial hotel. Which is fine; it's an appealing fantasy, and there's no reason they couldn't have existed that way; just didn't happen to be part of the culture. (Which probably means they didn't make economic sense.) That's the advantage of fantasy: you can mold the culture as you like. Tolkien, a serious scholar, knew what he was doing when he created the Prancing Pony in Bree.

Once of these years I'll finally turn that guest bedroom into a warm welcoming fantasy-styled guest quarter. You never know when the Lady herself will visit these parts.

Love how chill this playlist is. Normally the "tavern" themed playlists are high energy and kinda loud. This one is just perfect.

I like how music is soft and calm, but also interesting and adventurous. What makes me like music more are comments on the video. And here comments are very friendly and the stories are written beautifully. I like this!

This music lights my day up as it makes me think about all the things we couldve lived through, all the things we dont get to see or do anymore, yet it saddens me because a part of me wish i could go back in time and live through all those times. One thing that makes us fortunate nowadays is that we're able to kinda know how it was like back then and reminisce the past. Back then the people were probably not enjoying these THAT much and yet today we get to listen to what they were walking into and its f- great. Anyone has a time machine?

Imagine living the life of a brave adventurer, heading out to explore a vast and magical world, struggling through it with fantasy creatures but apreciating the simplicity of such life, adventuring with friends, it would really be amazing

So i write fantasy books and when i do "town senes" or any such easy going parts i listen to this music. When i play DnD and we are in towns or such i play the music on the channel for all to hear. You are doing good, the artist are doing great work. enjoy for you music is hitting thousands of ears and hearts!

I plan my D&D adventures and campaigns for my party with fantasy Celtic folk music, it really just helps me bring it to life. It feels like I'm a traveler sitting in a tavern, writing about his stories and adventures with a mug of mead and with bards playing their songs. It really makes it so much more vivid and real. It makes me feel at home.
