The point of tanveer is that Imam got an easy and early chance to play through favour of Inzimam-ul-Haq and some players who can play better than him didn't get a chance to express themselves.

As an Indian Cricket fan, I stumbled on this video after going through a lot of recent trend of KZread reactions of the Indian Cricket Team. I remember the guy on the left. He had once called Virat Kohli a coward for not playing the Asia Cup game, in 2018. Gautam Gambhir had given him a befitting reply too. At that time, I really was befuddled to hear someone speak like this in media. To call the captain of the opposition team that, over cross - border news outlets. But you know how they say that even a broken clock is right twice a day. His commentary on the "parchi" part. True, it's not Imam's fault that his uncle happened to be the selector of the national team but the question remains, was the selection timing justified. Was there no one at that time who deserved it better than him? What if there was a player who was just as good as him or better, and who really deserved to be tried out but he missed out based on the simple fact that the team decided to go ahead with the selector's kith or kin? There is a saying that Life is unfair but the fact that is unfair for everyone, makes it fair. This line only holds true to a certain degree. Imam, as a player could afford to have sat out for just some more time and bettered his own domestic record. There are many domestic cricketers who come from very humble backgrounds and who really their level best to make an impact. Luck has always played a major part in anyone's growth is what I feel. You do the hard - work and keep up the determination but unfortunately, luck plays a major part. You don't give someone the chance at the right time, you sometimes even end up breaking that player. Some get a chance later on but they are always left with two choices: 1. To be happy that it finally happened and enjoy whatever remains or 2. To live in the sadness of knowing that whatever you are doing now is what you would have done even if the opportunity was presented to you, when you were expecting it. If someone who worked really hard to become successful at the age of 27, is not able to become that because of some ulterior, external motive but yes, eventually by 38 indeed does become successful; trust me, he would be happy, happy to know he has finally made it but the sadness of the loss of time and effort will always remain with them.

Khurram manzoor’s Technique and Shot selection reminds me ditto of Abdul Razzaq and Ijaz Ahmed plus his sweep shots and pull shots remind me of a young Rashid Latif when he would bat I swear the same style of back lift , follow through and his straight drive is “bottom hand dominant” exactly like Abdul Razzaq which would not be suitable for bouncy tracks and pitches where there is seam movement or deviation ..... but wherever there will be turning tracks and low bouncing tracks like Srilanka , India, UAE , West Indies then Khurram Manzoor is a MUST 100% he would average 60 plus! But anywhere else like England , Australia , South Africa he would fail miserably due to his lack of cricketing shots when the ball is bouncing ..... when reverse swing comes into play he is one of the best batsman in Pakistan who could negotiate all types of movement in the air no matter which way it was swinging Khurram is an expert at picking stuff in the air..... by far his odd technique is only suitable for test cricket if he plays at any position he will excel 100% unfortunately the PCB won’t use him correctly therefore limiting the tremendous impact his odd style of play can have for the country but there’s too much politics to even consider giving him the job as a role player only for those tracks I mentioned..... for bouncy tracks there has to be a uniformed approach ( Abid Ali , Shafiq and Babar) their skill level and shot selection is perfect to negotiate the good balls and punish the bad ones rather than trying to be a hero ! Anyways hope there’s a proper revolution in Pak cricket where every single person is sacked and a whole new PCB is formed with nothing but educated top notch well to do corruption free people who have the countries best interest in mind ❤️ Pakistan Zindabad

​@@TipuSultan-bh9fe My question is: How. Would. You. JUSTIFY. "Kicking." Him. Out? The same argument of "winning innings" can be made for literally every other player. By the way, whenever Imam scored those 100s, it helped Pakistan. I am not against Abid Ali or any other potential opener for Pakistan, however, I am against this ridiculous attitude where we utter bullshit statements such as "kicking out" or "throwing out" regarding our players. PS: By the way, Sharjeel Khan will find it extremely tough to break into the team again, as now we are focusing more on physical fitness. Sharjeel needs to become a better athlete first. On the other hand, Fakhar is ex-navy, so obviously he is super-fit, and he is also a brilliant fielder.

Tanveer 100% right! The other 2 are defending nepotism , makes no bloody sense. My question is to Tanweer Ahmed if he could answer it. Did he regard Faisal Iqbal as a parchi bhaanja? I just wonder why is he only singles out Imam Ul Haq? Imam probably has better record then faisal as they both graduated from age groups to all the way to national team and he averages better then faisal too. What about Hasan Raza?
