Mam mera cheese properly melt ni huya? M bna rahi hu but cheese rubber ki tarah huya hai..plz bataye kyu.. Actually meine freezer se nikala tha cheese ka packet amul ka... Meine thohra sa loose hothe hi kadu kassh kar diya...

aap cheese slice ka use kare dear. maybe aapne jo cheese use kiya wo Old ho? tawa ka temp bhot kam hona chahiye or dhkte huve low flame ke cook kare. tawa pe cheese melt hone pe thora time lgta hai

@@ShyamlisKitchen cheese old ni tha .. actually freezer mein tha maine uska packet nikal kar k pani mein rakh diya aur kuch der baad hi us open karke thande ko hi grate kiya jitna melt ho gea tha.. Shyd thanda grate kiya esliye ni huya
