I had a awful day yesterday too blustery stormy weather here in the UK. I felt very apathetic, deep grief from my past, thinking when is the grief going to end. My eyes are now wide open to how toxic my relationship is. My partner has an alcohol problem which he’s in denial about. I nag out of frustration because he doesn’t hear me. I’ve come to realise things won’t change. I’ve started putting a plan in place to leave, but it’s going to be a long process due to lack of finances, kids and my support network being 16 hours away. To be honest, I’ve been very drained.
