You are 100 percent correct Deborah. If you want something different, you have to do something different! I am now going to different walking parks, a different gym, different bookstores etc. At the very least, the energy is different and has a positive effect on me. Also, you are spot on about the way to pray. I have been trying not to ask from a state of "need" but couldn't get it to feel just right.
