I guess midheavens tend to be three signs back from what their rising is. I mean my rising is Scorpio but my Midheaven is Leo.

Nice outfit taurus MC! I also love the english accent! Hannah i was thinking about cancer MC since I have this placement. To me homelife and outside-world (career) seems flipped. Home-life has been a massive struggle I had lots of responsibility put onto my shoulders and my narc-mom acted like she was my boss or drill seargant rather than my mother. She made me be responsible for her happiness. Everything I did had to reflect good on her or else.... I am in the process of learning that I am not responsible for my parents but that it should have been the other way round. The outside-world to me seems more supportive and nurturing (granted my home-life was quite messed up). E.g. I go to my favouite italian restaurant and one of the bartender-ladies is so caring and motherly towards me. She always gives me a cappuccino for free. Never in a million years would I have gotten that from my narc-mom. My mom never smiles at me. Most of the time she doesn't even look me in the eye. Thats just one example. I just generally experience the outside-world to be more caring and friendly than at home. So its all kind of flipped. Also with having had a challenging home life cancer MC might bring compassion and understanding to the world and be inclusive and caring towards others. As for the crying one might think cancer-MC is the ultimate cry-baby but keep in mind whe have a capricorn IC and for me it is really a challenge to access my own emotions and get them flowing (I also have saturn in cap in 4th house). So my own emotions are very much blocked and I need to dissolve them to become a cry-baby.

Yeah - I suppose not one Taurus Midheaven is exactly the same as the next - depends on how they embody that energy - and aspects to the MC/planets in 10th house can impact it as well - though, perhaps it's just my acting hahaha
