I'm experiencing the same after my break up in march. I'm struggling with loneliness, boredom and hurt. I'm trying to move forward but I'm feeling stuck. If just distance himself from me all of a sudden and block me on phone. He dont want any attachment, says it makes him feel restricted like if he is in jail. Sudden so he moves away. Dindnt even had a conversation. Tried calling and he hang up and block me. Wow
