A Southland couple had been charged $1400 and promised the tattoo would be finished in one session, but once the outline was made the parlour said they wanted more time and money to finish the personal tā moko, New Zealand Māori Tattoo.
The couple confused and out of pocket reached out to Fair Go to get some answers.
