If anyone can educate me or the fans - how does the artist really know how to shade or color yet not cross over the details of the lining “black lines”? I mean how is it done perfectly when the colors when shading smears up and you can’t see the one ?

it’s only practice! you get used to the type of needle you usually work with and already know the limits of it

If you pause after the first wipe, you can see that he DID go over the black line in the bottom left of the square. The black is slightly more green. It's just that yellow is no where near potent enough to cover up the black lines, so it doesn't even matter if he goes over the lines. It just becomes a very, VERY slightly greener shade of black.

color wont over power the black / not to say you will run over the black but if ya did you just dont pack it

I like the way you push your needle to pack ink when I pack color I find it soothing and technical at the same time

You can prevent the colors from mixing by first finishing the black colors and then making the light pictures. and you need to clean the area very well 👍🏼
