That's not fair to give the access to contacting you to some fans but not others. I understand there are too many fans and it's overwhelming, but in my opinion it's not fair to talk to some fans while exclude the others. Others might feel outcasted and excluded, and it feels like the texting ones are the VIP privileged or whatever. Unless you have to pay to text her idk. But it's not nice.
