I have been driving manual cars for the last 58 years and have got used to this transmission. I am thinking of going in for a 7 seater vehicle with manual transmission since the family has grown. I now drive a Maruti Wagon R 1.2 L manual . I am considering Ertiga, Rumion or Carens because they suit my budget. Your thoughts please. 🙏

If anyone wants to drive entry level cars as high speed cars then don't go for AMT otherwise AMT is the most economical automatic transmission
DCT is meant for rich and affluent mass. AMT for beginners who are scared of traffic. CVT for mass living in metro cities who work from home and don't care for single digit mileage. Finally "Manual"..... All rounder. Mileage, ease of maintenance and best resale value 🎉

TC transmission is reliable and decent compared to other transmission....DCT is good for drive enthusiasts but it's a costly and complicated affair in case of trouble.....

It is my sincere request to make a video on the best manual gearbox. Most light clutch and require minimal gear shifts. Fun to drive manual cars across segments.

I own it. It's soooo much better than AMT...not as fast as VW DCT but for family car it is amazing. No issues so far gear shifts are super smooth and its mileage is also good

Cvt transmission is almost at par ...reliability Honda wins.. features comfort and overall feel creta is way ahead and they have upper their safety game now.
Sir which maruti torque converter available under 15 lacs ? Is it Jimny? Are not Hyundai s gdi engines not problematic? World over class action suits are there know regarding the Hyundai gdi engine failure.. would like to know your thoughts on that..

I am using Tata punch AMT but no problem at all.
I drove C3 Aircross Automatic and my god it's a rocket on wheels. Only concern is resale value and reliability.

nope i live in delhi and i own 2019 baleno with a manual transmission i don't have any driving problems with delhi ncr heavy traffic jams or if drive my car on highway in future i'll buy a new car with manual transmission because CVT and DCT transmission are costly to maintain

Here is my entire on-ground analysis after having test-driven over 15+ cars across brands Torque Converter: Most Reliable marginal slow shift vs DCT: Quick Shifts less long term reliability & maintenance AMT: Jerky Drive CVT: Linear Drive good for non-enthusiasts With my test drive of over 15+ cars, I would recommend option below as winner for Automatic cars in mid-size SUV segment 1. Kia Diesel Automatic Torque converter that comes with Kia Seltos engine at (115bhp) vs (Venue Diesel manual 100bhp (No Diesel automatic) undertuned from Creta) 2. Brezza Automatic Petrol, giving amazing maruti's fuel efficiency DCTs are equally good in Hyundai & Volkswagen family, slight risk of high maintenance & heating failures in long term. Do love if you agree, share opinions below
