This is the old Hunting Park bakery, replaced in 2009 with the new facility at Philadelphia Navy Yard on a former industrial brownfield.

I worked there I was told Phil bowers dad sold them in a push cart and his mom made them they were the owners of tasty cake ❤

Shame they don't make 'em like they used to. Cheaper low quality ingredients abound. Still love my tastykake pies though

wow..i remember this commercial and the cakes when they really tasted sooo delish. now, it takes like crap with all the gmo, preservatives, etc loopholes permitted by the FDA. the quality has been just destroyed along with its history.

Horrible quality

Oh hell no. i hate cakes, pies, cupcakes, ect. Nothing sweet. nope.
