6:30 - It's imperative to arrive early, greet guests, make sure there are pens and paper, and be sure that things are set up properly.
6:40 - Around 20 minutes before the event starts, you'll make a mic announcement mentioned how trivia night will begin soon and that you hope they want to play.
6:54 - At 5-7 minutes before showtime, you'll make another announcement and tell people what type of #trivianight you're doing (general, harry potter, disney, etc) and that may convince some people who were on the fence, to stay.
7:00 - Trivia time! Make sure to say hello to your guests and mention any specials you have going on for trivia night.
