Today I'm going to show you how to make a tasty sugar-free marshmallow. Just a few ingredients! It is very easy! This low-calorie dessert is a great weight loss meal! It will be tasty and healthy! This recipe is suitable for those who prefer a healthy eating.

Calorie content (when using chicory syrup) per 100 grams: Calories 50, Proteins 4.6, Fats 0, Carbohydrates 7.6
Calorie content (when using Jerusalem artichoke syrup) per 100 grams: Calories 228, Proteins 3.5, Fats 0, Carbohydrates 56

Water 50 g (3 1/2 tbsp)
Gelatin 10 g (2 tsp)
Sugar free syrup (maple, chicory, Jerusalem artichoke) 200 g (1/2 cup + 1 tbsp)
Corn starch 30 g (1/4 cup)

Das ist doch nicht zuckerfrei. Ahornsirup enthält 66 g Zucker auf 100 ml.

Das ist für einen Typ 1 Diabetiker total gefährlich, aber nicht wegen des Zuckers an sich, sondern weil es purer Zucker ist. Schokolade mit Zucker (in Maßen) ist nicht so gefährlich, weil da auch Eiweiß und Fett drin ist. Das alles zusammen lässt den Blutzucker nicht so so stark ansteigen.

Great recipe, but maple syrup is still sugar, even if it does occur naturally.

We don't live in the USA. But we've found sugar-free syrup on Amazon and Whole Foods Market. And in our country we use chicory syrup without sugar.
So you don't pour water when boiled the syrup right?
where did you get your stand mixer?
