Tasty Garlic Herb Chickens on the Offset Smoker built by Shirley Fabrication | South Carolina BBQ

I have these nice half chickens. I sprayed them with olive oil, then seasoned them with Mrs Dash garlic herb, Lawrys seasoning salt and ground black pepper.
Cooked on the offset smoker using oak wood at 275 -325 degrees until done. These where great the flavor profile was good.

    I use oak and hickory blended together, another good brother told me he is 100% pecan and I should fry it. Is it worth the extra cost?
