@@letsgo_8if u deep fry chicken it wont spoil up to 3 months, but in my opinion its best to make pickle in small quantity which will be enough for one month, dont deep fry chicken, just fry to until the moisture content in chicken have to evaporate.

No refrigeration needed. It can be stored outside and remains for two months(away from water). Try it you will finish it in one week😋😋
