The products from Hammer Nutrition are top notch as well. I really like the Heed and the race caps.

LMNT has a really good hydration pack. I prefer them over liquid IV. They have a lot of salts but after a workout in my Firefighting gear it’s great ! You should give them a try.

Not sure if Jesse will like the taste of the drink mix. We share the same carb ratio! I definitely gotta make a gel at some point. What are your thoughts on flavored gels? What have you tried?

Missing a couple of the best as contents are as important as taste. LMNT and RE-LYTE. Some of the others are so heavy in sugar and carbs.

@@taylorlauren_55 Yeah I apologize I saw another one of your responses. Yes, LMNT is definitely a much cleaner product ingredient wise than most in that stack.

I am confused. These products aren't made to be good drinks, they are made to hydrate and replenish nutrients. The real test is if they work to keep you hydrated and not cramp up. I mean Mountain Dew tastes wonderful, but it isn't gonna help with hydration or nutrients. 😂

Oh don’t worry 970mgs(mainly sodium of electrolytes and 40grams of carb will ensure that you to stay hydrated and help get rid of those cramps
