One thing I do with tortillas when I wrap them, is to just wet my hand under the faucet and rubdown the tortilla. Then drop it on a hot frying pan for just twenty or thirty seconds a side. It's like a very fast steaming. This makes the tortillas more flexible, and pliable, makes wrapping up your sandwich easier, and of course a warm tortilla is so much nicer. Thanks for the great recipe!

I made this yesterday for din din -it was so good that the fam bam asked for it again today! This recipe is not only easy to make , fast and simple but it’s also DELICIOUS! I had the husband cut the chicken breast into small squares in the morning along w the seasonings for the marinade. When I came home fm work I whipped up the ingredients for the marinade while the chicken was cooking. It was so effortless to make. I can’t express to you how grateful I am for your hard work and wonderful skills I’m sharing this amazing recipe. The Aguilar fam bam thank you!

Anything you touch, comes out excellent, you Always deliver.

A little trick to keep the tortilla from tearing, heat it up for a few seconds in the microwave then it will not tear. Do not completely heat just warm.
