Good day! Today I'm going to cook for you just a great recipe for cabbage and minced meat. Only cabbage with minced meat can be tastier than cabbage. This dish is prepared from very affordable products: cabbage, rice, minced meat. Cooking is not easy and quick, but the result is well worth the effort. Vegetarians can replace meat with mushrooms - very tasty too. If you'd like, I'll cook a vegetarian option for you - write in the comments, it's very important for me to know your opinion!
INGREDIENTS AND PREPARATION
1 large cabbage.
2 onions.
450 grams (1 lb) of ground beef.
Salt, spices.
Sour cream for serving.
150 grams (5 ounces) rice.
1 tablespoon of tomato paste.
3-4 potatoes.
Vegetable oil and butter.
Parsley.
1. Boil the cabbage fully half-cooked (the leaves will soften).
2. Grate 1 onion on a grater.
3. Add grated onions, rice, salt, spices, water to the minced meat.
4. Cut the cooked cabbage into leaves, cut out a firm core.
5. Use a spoon to lay out the filling and roll it up in a triangle.
6. Cut the onion into slices and fry on the plant painter.
7. Add the butter and tomato paste.
8. Roughly chop the potatoes and add to the pan.
9. Stir and fill with water.
10. Put the cabbage wraps in the pan.
11. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

I am making the vegetarian version using minced raw Jackfruit. It has texture like meat. I was thinking of using potato puree instead of rice. Would that work ? What do you think ?
