If you think summer is good in Edmonton, you clearly haven't been anywhere else. Edmonton is the worst place I have ever lived - oppressive heat in the summer with no swimming holes or beaches. I've lived in many cities in 7 provinces and several countries and Edmonton is the worst, followed closely by Calgary.

Definitely 80 (F) degree temperatures up in these parts of Canada during mid-summer every year.
