A Christian's only friends love God more than people, including their self. As a musician enjoying secular music my whole life, I've noticed that most of the best Rock expresses an unresolved sadness. I would be careful with honoring sadness with too much surrender. For no logical reason, we exist in a universe created by a loving God. This is irreparably good news.
