Wow that image hit home for me. Every grown man/women has that little person trap inside, Looking into the world. Every single day is a blessing and a curse. Even if you're winning, you lost something along the way, which changes you bit by bit, until that day you wake up, you look into the mirror. You no longer see that happy young boy, you are left with baggy eyes, sore back, broken heart, low energy, extra weight to carry around and you tell yourself this is it? is this is what I fought for? to be out of shape and dulled out by the world. I am here to tell you, it's never to late to change. To be better to yourself. Fasting letting your body know that you are in charge, and that you are capable of feeding it proper meals, proper nutrition, that you will no longer drown it down with synthetic happiness. That you need it to cleanse itself from every dependant thing you have been indulging your whole life. Today is the day you say. Enough. Be strong my fighters, be resilient, be impenetrable and know that whatever your goal is you can achieve it and that I BELIEVE IN YOU. Thank you Tash. You are an inspiration to all.

I’ve never been the biggest fan of sultanas. I can take them or leave them. But this sultana is from another world. Such a natural, talented and original artist. I could listen to you all day. Amazing!

I have to say I love this Tash. The new stuff is getting kinda “poppy” and commercial and it’s cool how much successful they have recently become but you could hear the music changing with each album. And it’s not that that’s an issue because artists experiment with new sounds and styles but…I love the old stuff. Always will.
