I have always loved the stage background art and direction of this game. It is far better than its peers at the time. Iceman's full stage blows my mind.

All stages in this game and some stages in Marvel Super Heroes had so many things going on, long animations and effects, that you never get bored looking at the finding new stuff.

Adoro ver ele usar fogo,gelo e raio. Pena que aí no X-Men Children of the Atom ele (e o Akuma) é o único que tem poder de fogo. Sentinel também devia ter fogo para queimar os oponentes. Silver Samurai tem esses elementos graças ao Adamantium da espada.

I can't imagine anyone less qualified to fight Magneto than a guy encased in metal using a metal object to fight lol

Silver Samurai's armor weighs 60 lbs. or 24 kg. Silver has a weight of 10.49 g/cm³. Silver Samurai's armor is _probably_ not made of silver, much less true silver. In the movieverse, though, it's made of Adamantium which is, as we've seen, quite magnetic.

I liked the MvC2 version of Silver Samurai. He had different attributes when he charged his sword up with elements. Fire charged sword: Samurai raises his sword and enchants himself with the power of fire. This is his "Touki Fire" enhancement. Lasts for about 15 sec. This move grants you 20% more attack power, faster shurikens, a faster-hitting Hyaku Sakuchi, and access to the Inferno Spiral but you take what seems like 140% damage. Like Touki Lightning, you can also triple up Touki Fire to increase your attack damage by 50% and bring your defense back up so you take your usual 90% damage. Ice Charged Sword: He raises his sword and enchants himself with the power of ice. This is his "Touki Ice". Lasts for about 15 sec. This move grants you a lot of defensive bonuses. You take about 50% damage, you get access to the Glacial Spikes, and you also gain super armor, which allows you to endure the blows from weak hits. However, your attack damage is cut in half and the setup time for your shurikens is very long. Double up the Touki Ice and your attack damage will only be reduced to 70%. Tripling up gives you the greatest effects: your attack damage is brought back up to full strength and you gain Hyper Armor, which prevents you from becoming stunned from your opponent's attacks. Your reduced speeds remains the same, however. Lightning Charged Sword: Samurai raises his sword and enchants himself with the power of lightning. Lasts for about 15 sec. For the sake of language, I'll call these enchantment moves "Touki Elements" so this one will be called "Touki Lightning". This move grants you more speed, allows you to do the Chou Shuriken while in midair, and gives you the ability to perform button-tapping chain combos. However, your attack damage is cut to 50%, your shurikens are faster but inflict only one lousy hit, and you take about 110-115% damage. There's a trick to the reduced damage and defense, however. It seems that by using Touki Lightning three times, your damage is reduced to only 70% and you take your usual 90% damage.

Whats interesting is around the time this game came out, Silver Samurai was trying to redeem himself and become more heroic in the comics, to the point where Wolverine starts to trust him.

Não era bem um robô solo. Teve o Yashida dentro dele controlando essa coisa. Mas quando o cara tirou o poder da cura rejuvenescendo foi inacreditável. O mais curioso é que no filme a neta dele,a Mariko,tá viva enquanto na HQ ela morre.

The Silver Samurai was one of my favorites as a kid. Mainly because I was all about Samurai's and Ninja's at that age. So, I was pleasantly surprised to see him appear in Hitmonkey. Thanks for doing this TAS

Apesar do Samurai Prateado ficar segurando a katana com apenas uma mão, na hora dos golpes ele usa sempre as duas mãos, sendo esse o jeito certo de manusear uma katana. Detalhe bastaste acurado da minha opinião.

Sim e não. A katana é quase uma arma de "uma mão e meia"... só que como os samurais não usavam escudo e raramente usavam uma arma secundária na outra mão, então não valia a pena manejá-la com uma só mão, a não ser que não tivesse escolha

Esse SIlver Samurai é o único lutador japonês deste game. O final desse samurai é bom apesar de aparecer o Wolverine e derrotar este. Esse cara no filme Wolverine Imortal tem a voz do Luiz Antonio Lobue enquanto no desenho antigo dos X-Men dos anos 90 tem a voz do Alfredo Martins.

Children of the Atom Silver Samurai: Remember when I had the best and spammable projectile in this game on Japan / Asia versions? they hate it when they get locked in block from the star. MvC2 Silver Samurai: Yeah, I remember that before they nerfed it by adding more endlag frames.

Poderia,mas não teria como. Até porque ele é exclusivo das histórias solo do Wolverine. Fora dele só surgiu na HQ do Demolidor. Mas pelo menos o Silver Samurai ganhou uma chance no filme solo do Wolverine Imortal.
