I know, I REALLY struggled to complete that level, for several months. And when I finally WAS about to beat it, that was the first time, the game decided to crash (it was a REALLY scratched disc at the time, and still is). HAD I KNOWN THAT EARLIER, I WOULDA JUST STOPPED PLAYING THE GAME. But no, I just HAD to waste my time beating a next to impossible level, only to when FINALLY being few seconds away, it crashing. I'm EXTREMELY surprised how I even remember this, considering this at MOST 3 years after the games release, in 2012

I would have been like 5 when it came out and I still haven’t 100% it lol. Lots of fond memories though, it’s literally the Mario game I grew up with.

I finally did it. I watched the whole video. Great job making the TAS. I was never bored.

imagine bowser jr getting all psyched up and excited for his boss fights and then mario just parkour destroys him in under 30 seconds

there's something about the end credits scene in this speedrun that is exceptionally wholesome and idk why

I never noticed that the whole game has a slight reverb for Mario’s voice lines...

There is just something oddly satisfying about seeing something perfect

Seeing such perfect movement from the TAS system is cathartic.

I honestly love how the tas timed up with the music.

This game is like 50% of my childhood gaming experience
