As a lifelong fan of fighting games since the early 90's, one of my favorite feelings is the surprise that comes with finding something that I had no idea existed and finding myself wondering what top-level gameplay of it looks like

And the game looks really good.

Very unique round system, where how many rounds you fight is determined by how you get your final hits. You can end up fighting as many as 5 or as few as 2! Even more if you actually lose once in a while 😉

It's the same point/round system as Fighters Destiny on the N64. Which came a year before. We need more games like them tbh.

This concept would work well in a Toy Story setting.

Oh, _Toy_ Fighter. I was wondering what Tcy Fighter could be about.

Jesus Christ, Imagine getting KO'ed by a hard Knockdown and having to deal with round 2 start against a wake up mix.

I have never heard of this such game 'til now. This game was going to be ported to the Dreamcast, but it got shelved.

I like the atmosphere of the game. It's pretty unique as you don't really see a game about toys often.

Ótimo! Mais uma pérola. Quando eu achava que eu já tinha visto de tudo, agora me fazem um jogo de luta do Toy Story. Agora me lembrei do Duel Toys, que tu jogava com um boneco (literalmente) no modo carreira, derrotando outras pessoas (tipo pokémon), aí ía desbloqueando outros bonecos de franquias famosas, como SF, KOF, MK, e outros jogos de luta. Agora no 2 é puro SF, quer dizer, KOF, já que vc pode jogar com um time.

I'm digging the concept and some gameplay ideas, figuring some out as I watch. Might gotta see about giving this a try some time. Are grapples just insta-kills, though? Don't think I noticed a successful one ever not finish the life bar, even from full health.

It's a tas,meaning that the player can literally mash as fast as the framerate, teching grabs is actually quite easy

Thanks for the video, these obscure fighting games tas are the best

I love the Health Stock mechanics and will later be using the Rebirth of Souls.

This game operates on a point system. KOs are worth 1 point, throws are worth 2 points and supers are worth 3 points. So all grabs that do damage are insta-kills

Had this game on one of our Naomi setups for a while, but the arcade manager told me to change it, thinking players wouldn't really like it. Ever since then, I always wondered what this game was about.

so many of these older 3d fighting games look like they use the same animations.

De seguro la mayoría son que hicieron trabajaron en equipo Vitual Fighter. Pero en textura ayuda de Tekken. La mejor parte pelea final. ToyKing la fusión Zorg de Power Ranger y alas de Mazinger Z 😉 Iba a poner robot Voltron?. Cameo Sanic posible personaje oculto o solo para despitar a los jugadores.

Vc sabe que um jogo tem um cenário bem feito quando eles são compostos por um SAnic e um Kirby quadrado

Jogo bom nessa pegada é o bloody roar de psx, principalmente o 1 da pra fazer mto combo.
