This run is optimized for In-Game Time as opposed to Real Time. There are several instances throughout the run where I deliberately waste real time while the in-game timer is paused to allow for RNG to advance (e.g. creating a helper, waiting in the rest area, etc.).
Overall, the run saves exactly 9 in-game seconds over Hartmann's The Arena TAS from 2017, and also makes several improvements over some of the boss fights from Sample's more recent full-game TAS. Both of these are linked below:

Notable differences from Hartmann's TAS:
-During the Reactor fight, the last two lasers are manipulated to use the faster animation.
-Jet is used at the start of the Chameleo Arm fight, to start the fight faster. Jet is then swapped for Hammer for the rest of the fight, which is slightly faster than Stone.
-A helper (Bonkers) is brought into both Mid-Boss fights to help deal damage. Unlike all other bosses, the Mid-Bosses don't get a health bonus when a helper is present.
-Jet is used instead of Parasol at the start of the Wham Bam Rock fight, saving a few frames.
-Plasma is used instead of Jet for the Lololo & Lalala fight. This saves about half a second.
-Parasol is used instead of Fire at the start of the Computer Virus fight, saving one frame. It would likely be faster to use Jet here, but I was unable to manipulate both Jet and Plasma to appear in the rest area. I'll leave this as an exercise for the viewer, I suppose.
-The run is performed on the Korean Version instead of the Japanese version. This saves about 2 seconds on the Computer Virus fight due to text differences.
In addition to these, I also found a few small optimizations on Whispy Woods, Kracko, Galactic Nova Nucleus, Meta Knight, and King Dedede.
