I love how twelve try’s to say the quotes and move names of the people he turns into but he can’t really talk so all you hear are twelves sounds and voice trying to talk like the people he morphed into.

Unfortunately there isn't proof to express the certainty of your statement. But he actually can transform into non-living things, as seen in his normal moves and one of his super moves, X.F.L.A.T.

This style of music was being done back in the 90s with KOF. KOF even had jazzy hip hop with lyrics before this. Sf3 is too iconic though!

The alpha series was the best, this was so unpopular when I was a kid, suddenly people love it now? You tubers play it is why you like it. Parry is stupid and broken, can parry: normal/special/ex/super/ultra consecutively AND no damage to the user? This is why parry users in SFV are top tier and re-abusing this mechanic
