Ryu is in the Bottom Tier in World Warrior along with Ken and Zangief. He became a Top Tier Character in Champion Edition.
If Super Arts existed in WW, they would be instant K.O.(s)
This looks more brutal and broken than the CE Koryu hack (the one that causes Shoryuken to launch over 6 Hadokens at once, which usually insta-kills opponents). What's worse is that, in Hyper Street Fighter II, "World Warrior" versions of certain characters retain the same damage output they had in this game.
