[TAS] Speed Racer Wii Championship Race #1 in
Yeah, this game was one of the primary racing games I played on the Wii years back, second to Mario Kart Wii. It was, and still is, a fun game to play, almost feeling like the Wii F-Zero that we never got because of its emphasis on high speeds. This is the first "Story Mode" race you can choose from the start of the game, so I went and TASed it.
I wanted to see how it looked in HD and all, and I'm surprised at how good it looks, but it took ages to dump the frames, however, as my Dad's PC isn't as good as my own. I'm still hoping to get a good laptop, by the way.

Ahh, Speed Racer. I still have this game and play it to this day.
I love this game so much. Basically F Zero on Wii. Super underrated.

+John Of Earth Get FAST Racing League. It's an F-Zero like game on the Wii, and it somehow looks like an early 360 game. Shin'en (the developers) are making a sequel, FAST Racing NEO, for the Wii U which looks like an XBone/PS4 game.
Wow, I remember this game. I was the racing game guy, and used to wreck everybody at this. Good times

And it's also very similar to TrackMania's Rollercoaster Lagoon, if the entire track was the rollercoaster blocks.

Wow. I actually had this game on the PS2. So many memories of this game, though most of them were of me messing up runs a lot. lol
OOOHHH THIS GAME WAS AMAZING!. I loved racing in this and unlocking the cheat codes, hella underrated game
This game looks like it would feel more fun if there weren't slowdowns for dramatic effect every ten seconds while you're flipping people over and such.

I think the slowdown should only happen when you deal the final blow that makes the car explode.

How do you get it so you can advance frames from your controller?

You have the option to emulate a Wii Remote on your keyboard alongside having the option to use a real one if your PC supports Bluetooth. Since I don't have a Bluetooth dongle, I use the keyboard route.

+DyllonStej Gaming I have a gamecube controller adapter hooked up to my computer. I use to play 20XX and Project M. I want to try tas but it's really annoying swapping pressing a button on the keyboard and then going back to controller for each frame. Is there an easier way that you know of, while still using the controller?

I don't think there's a way to map Dolphin's hotkeys onto real controllers, unfortunately. I suppose you're either going to have to keep doing what you're doing or use the keyboard for absolutely everything.

I am currently making a video tutorial on how to make TASes, starting off with the terminology and what a TAS actually is. Then I'll go over what you actually need, and then I'll do an example TAS that everyone can possibly follow along with.
