(TAS) Mario Party 7 - Neon Heights (8-Player Mode)

This is my Tool-Assisted Superplay for Mario Party 7 - Neon Heights 8-player mode.
Tool-Assisted means I played the game frame-by-frame and used save states allowing me to redo certain parts of the game until each part was perfect. An example of this is creating a save state before I hit my dice, then reloading the save state over and over until I get the number I want, doing this allows me to pick which spaces I land on and also allows me to roll a triple 7 or triple 10 (in this case roll 6 5's) so I can get a ton of coins and move loads of spaces.
I pause the game often so I can manipulate RNG to control the luck of the game. This allows me to control what numbers the CPU players roll on their dice, what items we get and which minigames are selected.

Always a great day when Beastly uploads. Edit: So much rng manipulation to be able to get so many stars in only the first turn. Like you'd only be able to get maybe 1 in a real playthrough but using koopa kid to get closer and snag the golden shrooms early is insane. Lets not forget the flexing on consistently getting those 5 6x. Minigames were really funny too especially the 1v3 where the tables turn and the 1 gets bullied or showing off bullet hell skills.

Thanks, the first turn was a lot of fun to do because that would just be super unlikely to ever happen in an actual game. The minigames are a lot of fun too, especially the dodging ones because moving out of the way on the last possible frame each time is super fun to watch.
bro did the CPUs dirty taking their last stars like that and not ev en throttling them in the minigames just letting Waluigi CPU do it for ya
Can I just say you deserve so much more of a following and viewership for the work you put into these TASes. They must've taken hours upon hours to create and I truly appreciate that sort of dedication! I've been watching these TASes over and over because of how easy they are to watch and knowing how much it must've taken to get the video out is honestly commendable! Please keep up the hard work!

Thank you! These are a lot of fun to make and growing more on KZread would be awesome but I do really appreciate the viewer base I currently have. Let's just say I wouldn't have made 16 of these without my current viewers and I love reading all the comments I get! They make this all worth while.

I don't know why I find these videos so funny it's good to know you still upload them it's definitely a great source of entertainment what would be cool for like a special video would be to upload a video of all four of the players have the tas in a 30 turn battle the chaos would be hilarious but idk

I love mario party, and finding your TASes has been amazing! You obviously put a lot of work into these and it shows. I'd love to get into it myself but the patience just isn't there for me haha. Keep up the great work! :)

Thank you! These can be pretty time consuming to make depending on how long it takes to get the RNG you want. The minigames take the longest to do since I always want to make them as entertaining as possible.

Considering the final results of this Party Mode, it would take 25 turns to reach a grand total of 99 stars and 999 coins with the same sort of TAS. Trust me, I did the calculation of that, unless, for some reason, you can go above 99 stars.

you know its gonna be a good mario party TAS when its 8 players also, may i perhaps recommend a "Poor Winner" challenge TAS, where you win with 0 coins? ive had this idea in mind for a bit and was wondering how it would go

I have considered doing a TAS in Mario Party 3 where I win with 0 stars and 0 coins. I'll have to look into making it at some point.

That's my most favourite minigame in this TAS and I didn't even plan to pick it originally! When it came up during RNG manipulating I decided to try it out and when I watched it back I just knew I had to include it!

According to Zoomzike's Identifying Luck for Mario Party 7 (2:05:41 in that video) it's completely impossible to get the star when playing solo. For some reason, they wanted to taunt everyone with it.
