This game is super unfriendly to emulation thanks to being one of the very few Mega Drive games to use the SSG-EG function, which allowed special FM audio effects like the Chainsaw Buzz at 4:47.

If only AVGN knew you can run in this game, lol Jokes aside, this game is quite polarizing. I like it, but I wouldn't say that if I haven't known much on what to do. It's essentially a game you need to "learn" to play. The payoff is worth it though, with great graphics (even though it's in the MD's low resolution mode), nice audio for a western made MD game, lots of the show's humor intact, etc.

I also don't get the hate, I was able to beat this game fine as a kid, to me the hardest part is the bike in the hospital, so I always started with Burguer World to get sick and went to the hospital, if I game over it wouldn't take long to restart the game as things was like that back in the day.

This is one of only a few Sega Genesis games where the voice acting sounds really good

Finally a game where the running and jumping animations fit perfectly even when it's a TAS

I like how their health screen progression goes "Happy, Less Happy, Non-Plussed, Depressed, Radiation Poisoning Victim"

This game looks like it could use an addendum patch… Namely, restoring the duo's AC⚡️DC and Metallica shirts, Butt-Head's red shorts, and their Paradise City riff.

This game is brutal, i've never beat it

I was definitely too young to understand this game when I first played it, but I enjoyed it.

True, the hospital and the sewers was the hardest part, but the objects in the hospital are placed in a weird way so I occasionally game over in that part.

Change it.

This is a 16 bit game, not 32 bit. i do agree with that statement though, this is one of the most difficult games i’ve ever played lmao

wh... the fuck is this game design? Oh yeah let's just make a bullshit hard sewer level you have to BACKTRACK THROUGH to get an item you need for when you beat a mini-boss go into the shed and steal a fishing pole? and then you get ONE ticket, but the mall has like four pieces of the ticket for no apparent reason, Why make one bullshit section you go through twice to get a tiny reward, but make the mall incredibly easy by some stupid point and click adventure game logic? good lord does this game confuse me on a conceptual level.

They not comparable imo, even though they're Beavis and Butthead both versions are different genres, SNES being arcade-ish going through levels, and Genesis being more of a mixture of point-n-click adventures in 2D (because you have to quest for items and stuff in order to progress).

An impossible game..as u can see...even with tas u get near death
