In this video I am doing somewhat of an impromptu review of the Tarter Cradle Bale Feeder and modifications I think are necessary for my herd. We have been using these feeders for a few months now, and all-in-all, feel it was probably a decent investment, all things considered. Thanks for coming along!

I really like the new feeders, and I think the cattle panels are a great way of reducing waste. You also might want to use your tractor to move the feeders every few days to spread out the waste so that it’s not in one area so the ground can absorb it. Nice video. Edit: oops I commented to quickly. It looks like you do move the feeder around. Great job.

Thanks. Not quite the same as unrolling bales on the pasture, moving these feeders every 4 days definitely helps!
