Love this so much! Fantastic deck picks for this tag. I actually adore the mass market squid cake card stock, it has such a delicious sound when overhand shuffling lol. I started dipping my toes in the TdM pond and I have such a new found appreciation for pip decks, I love them now. I can sit here & comment about all the decks but I’ll just leave off with fantastical & fun VR 🙂

It's wonderful isn't it?! We're really in a boom time for TdM and I find that really exciting.

“Jugs and jugs” made me snort my tea and I’m holding you personally responsible. I love the image of the shuffle-off, and you petting your way through all your decks comparing the tactile experiences. Also I’m such a fan of the “not enough pennies” song, I sing it to myself regularly

Oops, sorry! lol. Honestly, the shuffling/feeling session was intense. I ended up going away to have a cuppa because I needed some time to ponder, and I still went back to shuffle/fondle the decks before choosing. Not having enough pennies is rubbish but I'm glad you enjoyed my inane impromptu singing. 😆

Thoroughly enjoyed this, albeit Im a bit late watching. I love how you have fallen in love with Tdm, loved your collection. 💛💛💛

I looooove the color of the Gay Marseille, I love how the cards have a defacto edging. I was planning on edging the deck myself but now I have it in my hand I don't know what color would look as good! You're right that the Antique Anatomy had multiple cardstock weights. I wish I'd gotten the first printing of mass market stock, but that's okay. My deck is slowly but surely loosening and softening up as it ages.

@@Rosielalea Ah, apologies, only just seeing this. The Tarot de Marseille Pole Ka. Glad you managed to find it, it's such a fun deck! I'd love to know what you think of it. Just a heads up though, I heavily modified my copy, I trimmed it, backed it with that metallic rose contact paper and edged it in the bloody reddish/pink tone. x

😊No worries I literally found it a few minutes after message looked at a couple of walkthroughs and found a french seller this is my birthday present to myself. Not sure how I’ve never come across this but I’m really feeling this. Speaks of the fucked upness but also a hint of how we can unfuck it all. Let’s see how it goes once I get to know it. 🙏🏼

Well done, all pip edition. I watched Mascha's video, and she has the sexiest Marseilles decks. I did use all the decks for this... just close my eyes and pick a deck.

Hiya! Glad you enjoyed the video. It's Le Tarot de L’étoile Cachée. The artwork looks kind of white in the video but it's a lightly metallic silver. It's still in print. It's by a UK based magazine but I think there are official sellers in other parts of the world too.
