Good stuff man thanks. I’m putting together my first adds now. You should do a detailed vid on exactly how often FB takes the money out of your account and when u pause an ad will they immediately stop charging your account etc.

If you're brand new, they bill in threshold to make sure you can pay. So $25 is your first threshold then $50 then $100, and so on. Eventually FB gets smart and has a higher threshold for you or you'll just pay at the end of the month.

So I’ve done this targeting before but what ends up happening is other nosey Realtors start filling out my forms for my ads. What’s a good way around this?

Can you do a video on these third party companies for data? And by data, what do you mean by that? What kind of data will they provide you?

Just found your channel today. I'm glad I did for this ONE tip alone. That a $10,000 idea. What the hell made you think of it? You mentioned a couple Data aggregators in the video but are there any you would actually recommend?

There are a bunch I've used and they are all similar. I'd start with your title company and then look at third party providers

What do you recommend for interests for motivated sellers when it comes to detailed targeting and further narrowing it?

You really can't do that anymore. I would buy homeowner data from a 3rd party provider

what kind of data list should I buy? because there is no point on buying a list of new homebuyers and target them because they've just purchased a home not long time ago. can you please explain I really need help in that . thank you

Find zip codes or areas you want your leads to come from and look for homeowners who have been in their home for 7+ years

Whenever I try to upload a list it says that I cannot market to the ages selected (18-65+) but I cannot change the ages because they are locked when choosing special ad category so have you been able to get around this?

When you upload a list as a custom audience, you will be targeting the people facebook matches to the list. If the list is relevant, you shouldn't need to mess with targeting much

I can’t seem to find the special ad category in ad accounts....another one got an idea what’s wrong?
