I wonder uf the AP version is a VL50, which has 8 working channels.

From what I've researched, the asset protection 1810T has 6 channels. Having owned VL50s and CLS1410s for 14 years, this is very interesting considering the VL50 has 8 channels, but the CLS1810T asset protection only has 6.

Any tips on how to communicate or scan for these walkies on a baofeng uv-5r or any other radio?

I have my locial target stores in my scanner there just business band radio's let' leave target and all the other store's alone and let them do there thing

@@donalderickson-si8ww Nah i dont mess with them or anything but when i worked there i would bring my radio instead of their walkies and it was pretty funny

so if i were to buy a regular motorola walkie off of amazon or something, could i connect to the target channel if i was close to the store?

if i get not the target type radio and just the 1410 model can i program to hear them and talk with them?

Should work just fine. They use regular retail store business frequencies.

The 1810 has a few private frequencies that the other 1x10's don't have, and the frequency table is scrambled. So there are a lot that can talk to other 1x10's, but a few frequencies.

What model radios are these??
