Tape it on the wall I do it all the time and it hold up the balloons well in place

Nice, it make this look so easy. Could I do this and attach it to a backdrop frame?

My wife and I just spent 3 hours trying to get this set up and we were just as confused as you. We ended up just somehow getting the balloons in the air over the backdrop. I would absolutely NOT recommend this set unless you want to be very frustrated.
