It is always useful to get the most out of every tool in your limited armoury. Here we look at the palm strike employed left and right to any hard boney plate on the head. Get the most out of everything as opposed to just collecting 'techniques!'

Palm strikes are great for putting major damage. Less chance of fight bite injuries. If you can keep yelling, I don't want to fight. It looks like youre just trying to push your opponent off
