    I appreciate you Zach! Im in week 3 of Foundation Building Level 1 I’m loving it. Im having trouble holding back to maintain 70-80% of my heart rate. I have to humble myself and focus on the runs instead of trying to beat my last time.

    Thanks for sharing Dean! I am glad you are enjoying the base plan. Those LT workouts near the end can be a welcome dose of speed if you feel like the AeT and below is getting a bit repetitive. I always loved that phase of base building when doing Summer training for High School and College.
