I just picked one of these up, it is my first modular system, and I want to say that it means a LOT that this video starts off with the advice to wait before considering an addition. To my mind this displays integrity and thoughtfulness, as opposed to trying to sell me more shit no matter what. It actually helped me feel good about making the purchase, knowing I was buying from some good folks.

The combination of Morphagene, QPAS & Mimeophon is pretty much the best fun you can have with your clothes on

Amazing! And to think, TEMPI wasn’t even used to start shifting through splices yet 🤤

Impressive demo. I have to admit, this is the first time that I fully understood the potential of Qpas and Mimeophon. For the longest time I didn't see/hear the appeal, but now I really do. Super modules, super demo. Thanks!

My TAMMM is now complete! Received my Tempi yesterday and its really amazing how quick it is to get rhythms going. 🎶I'm lovin' it!🎶

I've been working with this exclusively for the past two weeks and the biggest thing I have found myself wanting is a built in mic-pre amp to help bring in external sounds. The Morphagene works great for line level and works for instrument level, but for taking the system out of the studio lugging around another amp or a pre-amp is 😒

Super helpful video addition to the great new synth based around maybe the coolest modular synth module ever (Morphagene!) :)

Tempi is a good choice for an all Makenoise system. Pam’s New Workout is 8HP and a viable alternative.

gorgeous sounds that come out of any combination of your modules... so tonight - again - is qpas-time :-)... thanks for so many great modules!!!

A few months ago I decided to expand my 0-coast with a Morphagene and the Make Noise Skiff... several modules later I’ve almost got a T&MMM, just missing the Wogglebug and Xoh. I added a Planar2 which has been great for searching through splices in the MG. 10hp left in the skiff so the Tempi is really tempting!

Just wondering what a Teleplexer would add to the system. Don't put anything in it? Oh, that's so hard, even Ethan Hunt would fail miserably. I believe the 'blank' is one of the most powerful incentives to get, borrow, buy or try something. Already did an experiment with the Optomix, but because of Maths present, even the LxD can add some pretty cool staccato sounds to a playing reel and it's only 4 HP. Another obvious addition would be a buzzer like the STO or the 10 HP BIA from the other noise makers (but that doesn't look good, and we can't get a black STO). You can have serious microsound fun with a pair of MI Ears and found sounds (in the kitchen). And I tried a 0-Coast, Erbe-Verb and Rene but they didn't fit so I hacked my Shared System.

Anyone else feel like adding a VCA to this system would be really helpful for a number of reasons? I'm looking at the Intellijel Quad VCA to boost my signal cleanly before going into the Morphagene..as well as using it to create some volume animation via modulation from Maths before hitting the XOH. Tempi looks awesome too though!

It all depends on what you want to do! But I do think TEMPI is a pretty solid option all around :)

@@MAKEN0ISEMUSIC I have most the modules on this system except the bug and qpas... waiting to get a mimeophon. with all the gate inputs in MAKEN0ISE modules I would be lost in a one dimensional timescale without TEMPI.

I thought TEMPI as well (great minds think alike 😂)... half the time I use Morphagene and Mimeophon I clock them. I just setup my Tape & Microsound last night and I had way too many mults just to get the clocks where I wanted them and my MATHS was tied up as a clock because I like to clock the Wogglebug as well to get different control over the smooth and woggle. The other I was thinking was modDemix. It would be pretty rad using the ring mod with Maths or Morphagene as a carier and the other as the signal. It can also just be used as a VCA (to do all the standard things VCA does whether with audio or CV). I've got a Rosie in mine and a Wiard Wogglebug, so I don't have room for the TEMPI right now 😭. Would have to switch to the Richter and the XOH or just use my Zoom or something to mix externally.

ModDemix would definitely be a cool addition! I've enjoyed using different filter type outputs from QPAS as the signal and carrier too.

@@MAKEN0ISEMUSIC 🎯 I was using the QPAS for that as well. The audio rate modulation out of the MATHS or the woggle VCO in to the the CVs on the QPAS is rad. I guess I was looking at.. what can fit in my case and "you can always use more VCAs." Thanks for sharing the videos and real talk about the XPAN :D

Can someone explain the Wogglebug - Maths stage to me? How does it affect everything in the chain?

I'd probably lose the mult and add teleplexer and moddemix. Or add a second mult and the moddemix.

been trying to buy this system but it seems to always be out of stock everywhere. maybe someday!

How well will my 0-Coast, integrate with the T&M&MM, and whats the possibilities with using the empty space for midi decquens and/or filters... Thanks for these great videos, from my favorite moduiar synth bitness.!

The 0-Coast would be a great pair with this system! They can modulate each other, and the 0-Coast will be a rich sound source for the various circuits within :) We do not make any MIDI or sequencing that would fit in 10hp, but there are surely options out there that you could consider!!!

I would love, I you guys could make a beginners guide, to patching the Ø-Coast, like a couple of pages, in the same vein as the 2 scematics on the photocopied page that came with the Ø-Coast... Those 2 pages saved me hours, scouering. The Net for help, just to get it drone'nin ,- but do know, that I'm utterly in love with the sounds, the design, and you're philosophy, and I'm deff. getting the T&MZ, 🤴🙏
