Traveling to Mumbai is not on the cards for me right now, maybe in future but you should definitely consider opening branches in other metros, here in Delhi there are people who provide such services but I have never seen the mold process and the result is far superior, I can tell from the video it looks so much more natural.

The life of each hair system depends on the base type you choose. The thicker the base, the longer it lasts, that is from 6 months to a year. The thinner base lasts 4 to 6 months, but is more natural looking.

If its a fully customized base, then it probably takes 2 to 2 and a half months. Or if it is a semi - customized base, you might receive it in a day if you've done a video consultation or it may take 7-10 days max.

The Procedure is very well explained ... But does the making of hair patch takes 2 months ? ( As shown in video )

Sir there are two options: 1) semi customized base 2) fully customized base In semi customized, if you need it on the same day, you will have to do a video consultation and we will have to understand the details. Accordingly then, you can come and collect it on the same day or else usually it takes around 7-15 days for semi customized base. However, a fully customized base takes around 2 to 2 and a half months because we have to take the mold so there are two options that we have.
