I recommend Yellow energy effective shards. You'll get 150-200 energy from each energy orb you pick up when nourish is active. Which means infinite energy. Since you'll be getting 300 energy from 2 orbs, you can use arcane Battery parred with primed flow and health conversion to give you around 900 energy max on rhino. Which also means you can use Blind Range for 99% ability strength instead of Transient Fortitude for more strength. Take what you will from this but in my opinion. 2 energy effective shards is VERY worth it. 5 of them though will get you 200 and up just from a single orb with no cooldown. thats MILES better then arcane energize.
