Because the critical damage hits from pulsar augments is very very low

You should do a collab with taspen

how can you get this augment? i checked the containers but it didnt show up in the legendary section

You can get them from ultra containers but Every weekend ultra containers content changes (later hull augments will be avaible in normal containers aswell i think but i dont think anytime soon. Atm you cannot get them just check every weekend the content from ultra containers or maybe some event will come where you can get them from.
