After removing the marinated fish/chicken etc. From the refrigerator, keep it aside for sometime to bring it to normal temperature. Never put refrigerated fisj/chicken in hot oil

Should the marinatedfish be kept in Deep freezer or normal chill tray or regular compartment of fridge

I had added oil, u can add oil, clarified butter or butter for the smoky effect.
