No please avoid cooking mayo, as it may separate and change it's taste in the process.

Yes you can bake it for 15-20min at 200 degrees or until the marinade is cooked through.

It's foolish to try other than a roasted corn with lemon, salt and pepper. I have seen people eating n wasting with coating it with chutany etc
