INGREDIENTS:
STEP 1
FOR THE MARINATE:
Chicken= 3
Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder= 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste= 2 tbsp
Mustard Oil= 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice= 2 tbsp
Green Cardamom Powder= 1/4 tsp
Mint Powder= 1/4 tsp
Salt= 1 tbsp
STEP 2:
FOR THE MASALA:
Mustard Oil= 4 tbsp
Deggi Mirch Powder= 2 tbsp
Hung Curd= 6 tbsp
Salt= 1 tsp
Cumin Powder= 1 tsp
Garam Masala= 1 tbsp
Kasuri Methi= 1 tsp
Lemon Juice= 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste= 1 tbsp
Black Salt= 1 tbsp
STEP 3:
Milk= 3 tbsp
Saffron
STEP 4
Oil= 1 cup
Black Cardamom= 4
Cinnamon Stick= 3
Green Cardamom= 12
Clove= 8
Mace Flower= 2
Bay Leaf= 4
Royal Cumin= 1 tbsp
Onion= 8
Turmeric Powder= 1 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder= 2 tbsp
Curd= 400 gm
Chicken
Mint Leaves= 1 muthi
Garam Masala= 2 tbsp
Coriander Powder= 4 tbsp
Biryani Masala= 2 tbsp
Cumin Powder= 2 tbsp
Kasuri Methi= 1 tbsp
Salt= 1 tbsp
Green Chilly= 12
Water= 1 cup
